Alliances with S.E.M. Empty New Allies

I would like to introduce our newest allies to everyone. Darkside We finalized an pact with them lastnight that includes, trade, Mutual Defense, Help in wartime situations and dealing with the occasional pesky Neighbor or two. SO please if you have any of these members on a farming/ raiding list, remove them....
